This recipe is gluten free and vegan
Pizza Crust Ingredients:
3 medium to large sweet potatoes
2 cups gluten free oat flour
1 cup gluten free oats
Peel and dice sweet potatoes, steam until soft, set aside to cool.
Add 2 cups oats to blender and blend into oat flour. In a large mixing bowl, kneed oat flour, sweet potatoes, and regular oats together until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Spread out over parchment paper and bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool while preparing the toppings.
1/2 can pizza sauce
Sweet baby red pepper
Sweet baby orange pepper
Dice pizza toppings and set aside. Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust and layer ingredients on top. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes. Serve alone or with a side salad.
