What I Eat In A Day


I start every morning out with a glass of celery juice. I follow this up with a second juice blend – and that’s breakfast!


Lunch is typically my heaviest meal of the day. I like complex carbs, complete protein sources, tortillas, pastas, and other, heavier foods at this time of the day.

Some typical mid-day meals you’d find on my plate…


Snacks between meals include fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, and seeds.


Dinner is either a salad or a smoothie – and – Chocolate!

It doesn’t take a lot of time and effort to eat healthy throughout the day – but it does take dedication.

With an open mind and a few plant-based food staples, eating a heathy diet full of foods prepared right in your own kitchen is not only possible, but much better for you in the long run!
